Snowboard Helmets
No helmet is the worst call you can make on the mountain. Full stop. Modern snow helmets are light, ventilated, warm when they need to be, and they look good doing it. There's genuinely no reason not to wear one. We stock helmets from Anon, Giro, Oakley and ProTec — the full current season range, in stock at our Richmond store and shipping free anywhere in Australia. Authorised Australian dealer for all brands, full manufacturer warranty, same and next-day dispatch from Melbourne.
Let customers speak for us
from 806 reviewsAwesome board, easy to turn and fun. Definitely a comfortable right!!
Great team to deal with, communication is top notch. Any questions were answered quickly. Hard to get good customer service these days but the team at Twelve Board Store obviously value their customers and take pride in their work. Will be using you guys for any future requirements.
I absolutely love the bike and use it nearly everyday.
I’m 67 years old but it’s a bit like going back to having dirt bikes in the mid seventies! Also 12 boards was easy to deal with. A great shop.
Great product bought through ebay store. Well packaged. Can't say I wasn't updated on my purchase, 15 notifications. Delivery in a couple of days . Fits well.
Love the lighter version
Adding another to my collection, best layer for 1st or 2nd layer.
Board and parts arrived really quick and packed well. Very good prices and really good service. Happy times.
Hired these so I know the quality. Can't wait to use them on my own board...
Looking forward to hitting up some side and backcountry this season on this board. Great board to add to my choice of ride...
Belts are amazing, better price than direct from Exway (Don't deal with Exway) these belts thicker and more durable than the OEM ones too! Highly recommend.

No helmet is the worst call you can make on the mountain. Full stop. Modern snow helmets are light, ventilated, warm when they need to be, and they look good doing it. There's genuinely no reason not to wear one. We stock helmets from Anon, Giro, Oakley and ProTec — the full current season range, and these aren't brands we just list, they're brands our team actually trusts on the hill.
Fit is everything
A helmet that moves on your head, digs into your forehead, or sits too far back isn't protecting you properly. The right fit is snug but never painful — front sitting roughly two fingers above your eyebrows, no rocking when you shake your head. Come into our Melbourne store and we'll fit you in five minutes. It makes a real difference.
MIPS is worth understanding
The Multi-directional Impact Protection System adds a low-friction layer inside the shell that reduces rotational force on the brain during angled impacts — the most common type in snow sports. Most of our Anon and Giro range includes MIPS options. We stock both MIPS and standard and can walk you through which suits your budget and riding.
Goggle compatibility
Your goggle needs to pair with your helmet for no-gap coverage across the nose bridge. Anon's MFI magnetic goggle system integrates seamlessly with Anon helmets. Oakley and Giro play well together. We can pair you up in store or point you to compatible options online.
Ventilation
Fixed vents are simple and light; adjustable vent systems let you dial airflow on the fly — useful on those variable Australian mountain days where morning is cold and midday is sweating weather. Authorised Australian dealer for all brands, full manufacturer warranty, free shipping Australia-wide.
