Cam-Out Camber gives you the drive of camber with softer, earlier transitions into the tip and tail, so it holds an edge without feeling hooky. A 7/10 flex, Powercore poplar core and progressive sidecut (bigger radius up front, tighter at the tail) keep it lively and surfy, and the Premium Extruded FH base is tough and easy to look after.

FAQs

What size Fintwin should I ride?
It's a short, wide shape, so most riders go shorter than their usual all-mountain board. Nitro lists minimum rider weights of 50kg for the 149 and 60kg for the 154. Lighter and playful, go 149; heavier or faster, go 154.

Is the Fintwin any good on groomers?
Yes. Cam-Out Camber holds an edge well and the short length makes it quick edge to edge. It's a powder-first shape, so it rewards a surfy, laid-over carve more than a stiff race-style turn.

Fintwin or Dinghy?
Both are short and wide. The Fintwin is a swallowtail with Cam-Out Camber and an extruded base, so it's looser and cheaper. The Dinghy runs Trüe Camber, a Powercore II core with beech stringers and a sintered base for more drive and speed.

What bindings fit the Fintwin?
Any standard 4-hole binding (2x4 or 4x4 disc) fits, plus Burton Re:Flex discs. Burton EST bindings won't mount, as they need Burton's Channel. Set your stance width inside the range Nitro lists for your size in the chart above.
