Shopping is easy with us. For online purchases we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex as well as Afterpay and Zip. Humm, Crypto Payments and Lattitude coming soon.
We care about our customers and the protection of their money. All online retailers receive fraudulent transactions, which causes both us and the innocent parties much inconvenience and distress. We have a security system in place that flags orders which details need to be confirmed. Don't be alarmed if this is you! This may simply be because your card does not match the new address you have just moved into. In no way is this process intended to discriminate, offend or inconvenience our customers; we genuinely want our customers' details to be secure when shopping online.

Yes we can as long as it's available through one of our distributors. We require full payment preferably or minimum 50% deposit. We cant refund or exchange special orders sorry.
I guess we can't stock everything unfortunately. We are pretty picky with brands and it not only has to do with things we want to sell but the warranty, after service and things that fit our ethos. If we dont have it their is probably a reason but ask and we can try to get anything or you.
We put size guides on all our products. If we miss one just contact us and we can push you in right direction
It happens just return unused in original packaging and tags intact and we can swap or you.
