The Jones Women's Flagship Snowboard 2027 is one of the most confidence-inspiring freeride boards on the planet. A tapered directional shape with 12.5mm of taper sinks the tail in powder for better float and quicker turns, while the camber-dominant Directional Rocker profile delivers more nose rocker than tail with camber running from the front binding through the tail. The result is effortless float in soft snow and powerful edge hold precisely where it counts on firmer conditions. The 3D Contour Base 3.0 features 7mm of spoon bevel in both nose and tail — the most aggressive base contour in the Jones snowboard lineup — for fast glide, fluid turn initiation, and reduced tip drag in variable snow. Traction Tech 3.0 adds three contact points per edge for maximum grip on hardpack and ice.
The Power Core is a triple-density construction of Bamboo, Paulownia, and Poplar — bamboo stringers enhance durability, pop, and torsional stiffness while Paulownia keeps the weight down. Flax/Basalt Power Stringers made from 100% natural fibres improve torsional response and eliminate chatter in rough snow. What size Jones board do I need?
Start with your weight and boot size, then think about where you ride. Our Jones size charts cover the range, and we're happy to size you up in store or over the phone.
What is 3D Contour Base?
It's the spoon shaped bevel Jones builds into the nose and tail. The edges lift away from the snow there, so the board glides, turns and floats more easily.
Do Jones FASE bindings need special boots?
No. Jones says FASE works with any snowboard boot. If you're not sure about your board, ask us and we'll check before you buy.
Can I drop off my old board for Re-Up?
Yes. We're a Jones Re-Up drop-off point. Any brand is fine, as long as the board is in one piece with a wood core. Splitboards aren't accepted yet.
Can I pick up in store or return it?
Yes, you can pick up from our Richmond showroom. For returns and exchanges, everything you need is in our returns policy.
