Without quality skins that grip going up, release cleanly going down, and stay attached in variable Australian conditions — wet morning snow, freeze-thaw cycles, temperatures that swing from overnight frost to spring warmth — the splitboarding system breaks down before you get to the line you came for.
We carry G3, Black Diamond and Jones splitboard skins. Key specs: match skin width to your board's running surface width without overlapping the metal edges. Skin glue is temperature-sensitive — quality glue from G3 and Black Diamond handles Australian conditions better than cheaper alternatives. Store skins glue to glue in a cool dry place and they last multiple seasons.
