Why are these e-bikes on sale?

Usually because of superseded model years, colourways we are clearing, ex-demo bikes, or a supplier deal we pass on, not because anything is wrong with them. These are the same genuine, authorised-dealer bikes we sell at full price, with the same warranty and the same workshop support. If a bike here is ex-demo or has any cosmetic marks, we will tell you plainly before you buy.

Are they still covered by warranty and support?

Yes. A bike being on sale changes the price, not the backing. You get the same genuine manufacturer warranty, and Frosty's in-house workshop handles service, repairs, spares and warranty seven days a week from our Richmond store. That local support is the whole reason to buy an e-bike from a real shop rather than a grey-import seller, and it does not go away because you got a good price.

Are cheaper e-bikes lower quality?

The bikes on this page are not cheap e-bikes in the dodgy sense, they are quality bikes from brands we stock, at a reduced price. That is very different from the ultra-cheap grey-import e-bikes sold with no local warranty, no support and unknown battery quality. We do not sell those at any price. Everything here is genuine product we assemble, safety-check and stand behind.

Which sale bike is right for you?

Same advice as always: match the bike to where and how you will ride. If you need to ride roads and paths legally, look for an EN15194 street legal model; if you have private land and want power, an off-road model suits. Range, frame size and riding position all matter, so tell us your height and use and we will point you at the best value in the current sale, or come and sit on the demo bikes at Richmond.

Do the sale bikes come assembled?

Same as any of our bikes: for local pickup we assemble and safety-check it free in our Richmond workshop, and for shipped orders it arrives around 90 percent assembled with a few quick finishing touches (front wheel, handlebars, pedals, seat), straightforward with the included tools in about 15 to 20 minutes, and we are on the phone if you want a hand.
