Loaded Flathead Hardware is super strong countersunk mounting hardware from Loaded Boards. It's made for longboards and cruisers, including drop-through decks, where you want the bolt heads to sit flush and the hardware to hold up to carving and pushing.

Choose 1" for decks mounted without risers or 1.25" when you run risers or a thicker deck. Each set has 8 bolts, 8 nuts and a wrench, enough for one board.

About Loaded Boards

Loaded Boards was founded in Los Angeles by Don Tashman and made official in September 2000. The idea started years earlier in New York, where Tashman spent his college years building boards to chase the feeling of snowboarding on city streets. The first Loaded board, the Vanguard, launched in June 2002. Loaded moved its whole line to bamboo cores in 2006, released the original Dervish, one of the first flexible drop-through carving boards, in 2007, and started its sister wheel brand Orangatang in 2008.

More than two decades on, Loaded is based in Culver City, California, and is known for obsessive construction, sustainable materials like bamboo, basalt and bio-based resins, and boards developed with its riders for carving, dancing, freestyle and freeride. Its own hardware is made to suit those boards, so your setup stays as solid as the deck it's bolted to.

FAQs

What length bolts do I need?
With no risers, 1" suits most decks; on a thin skateboard 7/8" also works. Add 1/8" risers and go to 1.25". Bigger risers or thick longboard decks need 1.5" or more.

Allen or Phillips bolts?
Allen bolts grip better and resist stripping; Phillips bolts work with any screwdriver. Loaded includes a wrench for the nuts with this hardware, so check the head on your pack to see which driver you need.

How many bolts are in a pack? Is it enough for one board?
Yes. Each set has 8 bolts and 8 nuts, enough to mount two trucks to one deck.

Does this suit drop-through longboards?
Yes. Countersunk hardware sits flush, which is what you want on drop-through and top-mount longboards. Pick the length to suit your deck thickness and any risers.
