Nitro Team Step On TLS Men's Snowboard Boot 2027 | Black
Step In, Lock Down, Ride Everything.
The Team is Nitro's most celebrated boot, and the Team Step On TLS bolts that classic Nitro fit onto Step On compatibility. Clip in at the top of the lift without sitting down in the snow, and still get the heel hold and all-mountain feel that made the Team a staple. This one's the Black colourway: clean, low-key and easy to match with any setup.
TLS dual-zone lacing tightens the upper and lower zones independently, while the Micro Adjustable Heel Lock Pro uses a shell-integrated harness, dialled from outside with a BOA H5 dial, to lock your ankle in without binding straps. Inside sits the heat-mouldable Cloud 9 liner on an Ortholite High Cup Dual Density footbed. Nitro rates it 9/10 for comfort and 8/10 for response, and the Power Tongue Stiffener lets you tune it from there.
Best for: intermediate to experienced riders who want fast entry and exit from a proper all-mountain boot: groomers, powder, park laps and natural terrain.

How does the Nitro Team Step On TLS fit?
Start with the boot size you normally ride. Every foot is different though, so we always recommend trying boots on. Come in for a boot fitting at our Richmond store or call us on 03 9421 2293 and we'll help you nail the size.
How does the heel lock work?
Nitro's Micro Adjustable Heel Lock Pro uses a shell-integrated harness to secure the liner around your ankle, controlled from the outside by a BOA H5 dial, so you can dial in heel hold on top of the TLS speed lacing. If you'd rather ride strap bindings, browse our men's snowboard boots and use the filters to find a standard boot.
Can I heat mould the Nitro Team Step On TLS?
Yes. The Cloud 9 liner is heat mouldable, and we offer free heat moulding when you buy these boots in store. Nitro's Thermacell liners also adapt to your foot over time just by riding them.
What bindings work with the Nitro Team Step On TLS?
This is a Step On boot, so it's built to pair with Burton Step On bindings. If you're unsure what your current setup runs, send us your binding model and we'll check.
