The Jones Men's MTN Surf Jacket 2027 in Glacier Gray is a stylish, comfortable and versatile snowboard jacket for riders who lap the resort bell-to-bell and stay out long after the conditions turn. It's built with a fully seam-sealed 2-layer 20K/20K waterproof and breathable construction and a recycled 75D polyester face fabric. The result is reliable all-conditions protection with everyday comfort.
Redesigned for 2027 with new high hand pockets that stay accessible while you're wearing a backpack, the MTN Surf Jacket is made for everyday resort riding and sidecountry adventures. The relaxed, articulated fit gives you room to move. A helmet-compatible hood, pit vents and a powder skirt cover you when the weather changes.

Is the MTN Surf Jacket waterproof?
Yes. It's fully seam-sealed with a 2-layer 20,000mm waterproof and 20,000g breathable construction, which Jones rates 9/10 for both.
Is it insulated?
No. It's a 2-layer lined shell, which Jones rates 6/10 for warmth. Layer underneath to match the conditions. If you want built-in warmth, Jones also makes the MTN Surf Insulated Jacket.
Does the hood fit over a helmet?
Yes. The hood is helmet compatible and adjusts with cord locks.
What's new for 2027?
The MTN Surf Jacket has been redesigned with new high hand pockets that you can reach while wearing a backpack.
How does it fit?

I've had my new Pint-S now for a week and put about 11 klms on it so far due to a fair bit of rain. The battery is now at 62% and top speed of 16kph as I find 12-15 very comfortable and have no intention of hurting myself any sooner than I have to.
The treaded tire gives more confidence for sure off of the pavement which I do about 50%.
I like the curved foot pads as I like a wide stance and my feet feel more planted than on the Pint. The Fender is also almost a must for me now that I see the difference of gravel and dirt not covering the footpads anymore.
Twelveboard store was very helpful and friendly with the purchase as well.
