ExoSkin Elbow Pads are lightweight, contoured soft pads made to flex and protect. Triple Eight designed them for mountain bike and BMX riders, and they also work as a low-profile skate pad and for snowboarding. They are a great match for the ExoSkin Knee Pads.

High-density 8-link foam covers the elbow, and six padded pockets protect the key impact areas on the sides. A Kevlar exterior resists abrasion and tearing. The perforated neoprene body breathes, the terry cloth lining soaks up sweat, and Velcro straps give a custom fit.

Straighten your arm and measure the circumference around the centre of the elbow. If you are between sizes or unsure, Triple 8 strongly recommends sizing up to the larger size.

The Velcro straps fine-tune the fit, so the pad should stay put when you bend your arm.

Measure around the centre of your elbow with the arm straight: S is 15.2–20.3cm, M 20.3–25.4cm and L 25.4–30.5cm. Triple 8 recommends sizing up if you are between sizes.

Hard cap or soft pad: which is the ExoSkin?
The ExoSkin is a soft pad with a Kevlar cover, not a hard cap. It is built for flexibility and comfort. For bowl and vert slams where you want to slide out, a hard cap elbow pad is the better pick.

Can I wear ExoSkin Elbow Pads under a jacket?
Yes. They are slim and contoured, so they fit under a riding jersey, hoodie or snow jacket.

How do I wash ExoSkin pads?
Triple 8 does not publish washing instructions. Air them out after each ride, and if you hand wash, use cool water and mild soap, then dry away from direct heat.
