What size should I order?
The Ride Sage fits true to your standard women's US shoe size. Like all snowboard boots, it should feel noticeably snug out of the box — toes lightly grazing the front of the liner when standing upright, heel locked down with minimal lift. That's the correct fit, not too small. When you bend your knees into a riding stance your heel drops, toes pull back slightly, and the boot wraps your foot properly. The Intuition™ Plush Foam Liner will continue to mould and conform to your foot over the first few rides — or have it heat moulded in-store for a fully custom fit from day one. Do you offer professional boot fitting and heat moulding?
Yes — and it's free when you buy your boots from us. Come into the store at 435A Bridge Rd Richmond and our staff will fit you properly: measuring your foot, checking shell fit, and heat moulding your Intuition™ Plush Foam Liner to your exact foot shape on the spot. Heat moulding makes a noticeable difference on this liner — it eliminates pressure points, locks in your heel, and means the boot feels dialled from the very first run rather than after a week of break-in. What if I get the wrong size or the fit isn't right?

Many fit issues can be resolved through BOA® adjustment, The Closer™ tension, or a heat mould before any swap is needed. If the boot genuinely isn't right for your foot, we'll swap it. Boots must be unworn outside — lodge floors and carpet only — and returned in original condition.
Is the Sage right for my level?
The Sage at 4/10 flex is ideal for beginner to intermediate riders — women who are learning to link turns, building confidence across the mountain, and want a boot that's comfortable, easy to use, and forgiving enough to make progression feel natural rather than forced. It's warm, well-built, and will grow with you for several seasons before you outpace it. If you're an intermediate rider who is already confident on blues and pushing into more advanced terrain, the Karmyn Zonal or Hera at a higher flex rating will give you more response and precision.
