The Ride Sage fits true to your standard women's US shoe size. Like all snowboard boots, it should feel noticeably snug out of the box — toes lightly grazing the front of the liner when standing upright, heel locked down with minimal lift. That's the correct fit, not too small. When you bend your knees into a riding stance your heel drops, toes pull back slightly, and the boot wraps your foot properly. The Intuition™ Plush Foam Liner will continue to mould and conform to your foot over the first few rides — or have it heat moulded in-store for a fully custom fit from day one. Do you offer professional boot fitting and heat moulding?

Yes — and it's free when you buy your boots from us. Come into the store at 435A Bridge Rd Richmond and our staff will fit you properly: measuring your foot, checking shell fit, and heat moulding your Intuition™ Plush Foam Liner to your exact foot shape on the spot. Heat moulding makes a noticeable difference on this liner — it eliminates pressure points, locks in your heel, and means the boot feels dialled from the very first run rather than after a week of break-in. What if I get the wrong size or the fit isn't right?

Many fit issues can be resolved through BOA® adjustment, The Closer™ tension, or a heat mould before any swap is needed. If the boot genuinely isn't right for your foot, we'll swap it. Boots must be unworn outside — lodge floors and carpet only — and returned in original condition.

The Sage at 4/10 flex is ideal for beginner to intermediate riders — women who are learning to link turns, building confidence across the mountain, and want a boot that's comfortable, easy to use, and forgiving enough to make progression feel natural rather than forced.
