I've had my new Pint-S now for a week and put about 11 klms on it so far due to a fair bit of rain. The battery is now at 62% and top speed of 16kph as I find 12-15 very comfortable and have no intention of hurting myself any sooner than I have to.
The treaded tire gives more confidence for sure off of the pavement which I do about 50%.
I like the curved foot pads as I like a wide stance and my feet feel more planted than on the Pint. The Fender is also almost a must for me now that I see the difference of gravel and dirt not covering the footpads anymore.
Twelveboard store was very helpful and friendly with the purchase as well.

A precise but tweakable tool for the rider who wants it all, the XF Snowboard Bindings are ergonomically designed for comfort and response with comfy FooTon Footbeds delivering smooth board feel and tough Nylon Retro-Mod highbacks for instant heel-side power. The outside has a symmetrical shape with a classical looks. The symmetrical structure on the inside has resilience while following the movement of the boot, improving torsion control during landing.

Medium flex material for all rounds from low speed to high speed, from beginner to expert.

-Redux Lean Adjuster

Lighter and smaller. Easy to adjust with one action.

-Micro Adjuster

Finer highback setting is possible.

MORE THAN30 YEARS OF FIT

Flux began in 1992 because no small bindings fitted Japanese feet. The early years were trial and error, from aluminium bases and bases without a heelcup to two piece highbacks.

In 1999 Jamie Lynn joined, Flux's first step into the global market. The Wing Highback followed in 2000, and in 2003 the VIPER became the world's first all over patterned binding using hydrographic transfer.

Today Flux makes bindings, boots and snowboards and is distributed in more than 25 countries. Bindings are what we stock, and fit is exactly why.

THE ALL ROUNDFLUX DS

Flux built the DS as an all purpose binding for all conditions, from jibs and park laps to powder. Its Resistor highback absorbs outward movement firmly while letting you flex in smoothly, so you get support on edge without losing freedom.

Underneath, a Flexible Disk adds flex underfoot and a flatter base transfers power directly while going easier on your topsheet. The Cloud Strap adds foam cushioning, and the F.T.M. Duo toe strap grips your boot.

Setup is tool free. The Toolless Lever adjusts the highback, and each notch of the Micro Adjuster tilts it forward about 2.5 degrees.

FLUX FAQS

What size Flux binding do I need?
Flux bindings are sized to your boot. Check our Flux size chart, but Flux itself says the chart is a rough guide and recommends trying bindings on, so bring your boots in and we'll fit them on the spot.
Will Flux bindings fit my board?
Flux confirms its bindings work on channel system boards using the multi-disc that comes with them. Tell us which board you ride and we'll check the fit before you buy.
What is the Resistor highback?
It's the highback on the DS. It stays firm against outward movement and moves more smoothly as you flex in, for support on edge with plenty of freedom.
Do I need tools to set up a Flux DS?
Not for the highback. The Toolless Lever adjusts it without a screwdriver, and each notch of the Micro Adjuster tilts the highback forward about 2.5 degrees. We're happy to set your angles too.
Can I pick up in store or return it?
Yes, you can pick up from our Richmond showroom. For returns and exchanges, everything you need is in our returns policy.
