X/DMG X01 Double Knee Work Pant | Washed Stone

Sick work pants, keen to get another pair

Size up. Awesome product well made

Pint-S thoughts

I've had my new Pint-S now for a week and put about 11 klms on it so far due to a fair bit of rain. The battery is now at 62% and top speed of 16kph as I find 12-15 very comfortable and have no intention of hurting myself any sooner than I have to.
The treaded tire gives more confidence for sure off of the pavement which I do about 50%.
I like the curved foot pads as I like a wide stance and my feet feel more planted than on the Pint. The Fender is also almost a must for me now that I see the difference of gravel and dirt not covering the footpads anymore.
Twelveboard store was very helpful and friendly with the purchase as well.

Flight Risk

Thanks for the gift card, not sure how to use it just yet!

Bang Bang Crate

Fits perfect on my Fatboy Scrambler, comes with mounting screws. Very happy

Burton step on bindings

These were great to use. Forget about ratchets and spend more time going down hill rather than down on your bum tightening your bindings.

The boots are great, super comfortable and best of all they have kept my foot warm in the snow.

Shout out to the team at the Twelve Board Store for being super helpful when i went in to pick the boots up

great

had it as a mid layer this weekend and was very satisfied with it. even as a standalone vest

Travel ready Split /Resort binding

Easily modifiable to fit Alpine Prime bindings along with a Quiver Connector means I have a premium split/resort Straightline binding ready to rip on my travels

The EVA footbed can be modified to fit Alpine Prime bindings so now my Straightline bindings can be used with a Quiver Connector to only take one set of bindings with my resort and splitboard overseas.

Epic glove with super comfort

Great quality product. Liners are amazing. Recommend using beeswax on leather palm to keep it waterproof. Holds up in wet weather

Apres and Work - Good Boots

Been running the MTE boots for years lift ops and maintenance, better than Sorrels now that they've got a zip side!

Quality base layer

These Burton base layer pants are the best! Super comfy and a good fit.

Nice sized day pack for short trips and staying light. Can't wait to get up in the mountains to use it.

Excellent! Good people!

Fat boy from 12 Boards

I absolutely love the bike and use it nearly everyday.
I’m 67 years old but it’s a bit like going back to having dirt bikes in the mid seventies! Also 12 boards was easy to deal with. A great shop.

Adding another to my collection, best layer for 1st or 2nd layer.

Super73 Z Adventure Special Edition Electric Bike | Bandit

Off the Pavement. Still Road Legal.

The Super73 Z Adventure SE is the model for riders who want a Super73 that does not stop where the bitumen does. It takes the Z frame, adds front suspension, knobby GRZLY fat tyres and the larger 720Wh battery, and finishes it in the moto-racing Bandit colourway. Where the Z-Miami and S2 run street-oriented tyres, the Z Adventure is shod for gravel, fire trail, hardpack and beach tracks, and it still rides home on the road legally afterwards.

The Australian Z Adventure SE runs a 250W rear hub motor with pedal assist limited to 25 km/h, certified to EN15194 and legal to ride on public roads and paths where bicycles are permitted. The 720Wh UL2271 battery is rated at 56 to 72 km per charge. An 8-speed drivetrain gives you real gearing for climbs, and hydraulic disc brakes handle the extra grip the knobby tyres generate.

Twelve Board Store is an authorised Super73 dealer in Melbourne. Every bike is assembled and safety-checked in our Richmond workshop, with demo rides, fitment advice and full Australian warranty support through Ben Buckler Boards.

Real-World Range

The Z Adventure SE is rated at 56 to 72 km per charge from the 720Wh battery. Expect the upper figure on flat sealed ground in the lowest assist setting. Knobby GRZLY tyres cost you a little range on tarmac compared with a street tyre, and loose surfaces or climbing costs more, so on a genuine trail ride plan conservatively. Charging takes 7 to 8 hours from flat, so overnight is the sensible routine. The battery is removable for indoor charging. Range varies with rider weight, terrain, assist level, wind, tyre pressure and temperature.

Z Adventure SE or S2-E?

This is the comparison most buyers land on, because the two bikes share the same 720Wh battery, the same 56 to 72 km range, the same 79 cm seat height and the same 155 to 203 cm rider window. The differences are tyres, horn and price. The Z Adventure runs knobby GRZLY tyres for loose terrain and comes with a horn fitted; the S2-E runs street-oriented MAXXIS SuperSucker tyres and is supplied without one. The Z Adventure is 2 kg heavier and sits below the S2-E on price. If most of your riding is off sealed surfaces, take the Z Adventure. If it is city streets and bike paths, the S2-E rolls better.

Where the Z Adventure Sits in the Range

Four bikes, four jobs. The Z-Miami SE is the compact entry point at 480Wh and 40 to 56 km. The S2-E is the street classic at 720Wh with a rigid rear. The Z Adventure SE is the same drivetrain as the S2 with knobby tyres for mixed terrain. The R Adventure SE is the flagship at 960Wh with full front and rear suspension, and is the only one with a rear shock. The Z Adventure is the sensible pick if you want to ride trails occasionally without paying flagship money for suspension you will not use every day.

What Is Different About the Australian Model

Super73's product photography shows US-spec bikes. The Australian Z Adventure SE differs in two ways: it runs an 8-speed drivetrain and includes orange wheel reflectors to meet local road rules. Electronically it is configured to 250W pedal assist with no throttle fitted, which is what makes it road legal here.

Australian Road Legality

In its standard configuration the Z Adventure SE is a 250W pedal-assist electric bike with a 25 km/h cut-off, certified to EN15194. That makes it legal to ride on public roads and bike paths where bicycles are permitted, with no registration or licence required. In Australia it is illegal to ride an e-bike fitted with a throttle on public roads or paths, which is why Australian Super73 models are supplied pedal assist only.

This model is covered by NSW Fair Trading Certificate No. 29542 under UL2849:2022, issued to Ben Buckler Boards Pty Ltd as the Australian distributor. That certification confirms the bike is approved as a declared electrical article and must only be used with approved Super73 batteries and chargers. Always check the e-bike rules in your own state before riding, and check whether e-bikes are permitted on any trail network before you take it off road.

About Super73

Founded in California, Super73 created the moto-styled electric bike category and built a global riding community around it. The Adventure Series takes that look off the street, adding rugged tyres, suspension and brighter lighting to bikes that started life as urban cruisers. Australian stock is imported and certified by Ben Buckler Boards, independently tested to meet Australian electrical safety and e-bike standards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Super73 Z Adventure SE road legal in Australia?

Yes. The Australian model is a 250W pedal-assist e-bike limited to 25 km/h and certified to EN15194, so it can be ridden on public roads and bike paths where bicycles are permitted, with no registration or licence needed. Check your state's specific e-bike rules before riding.

Does the Australian Z Adventure SE come with a throttle?

No. Australian Super73 bikes are supplied as pedal assist only. Riding an e-bike with a throttle fitted on Australian public roads or paths is illegal, so no throttle is fitted or offered with this bike. The motor engages when you pedal.

How far will the Z Adventure SE go on one charge?

It is rated at 56 to 72 km per charge from the 720Wh battery. Expect the upper figure on flat sealed ground in low assist, and less on trail or in hilly city riding. Charging takes 7 to 8 hours from flat, longer than the smaller-battery Z-Miami, and the battery is removable for indoor charging.

What is the difference between the Z Adventure SE and the S2-E?

Tyres, horn and price. Both run the same 720Wh battery, 56 to 72 km range, 79 cm seat height and 155 to 203 cm rider window. The Z Adventure has knobby GRZLY tyres for loose terrain and a horn fitted as standard. The S2-E has street MAXXIS tyres, no horn, and is 2 kg lighter.

Can the Z Adventure SE handle off-road riding?

Yes, within reason. GRZLY knobby tyres and a front suspension fork make it capable on gravel, fire trail, hardpack and sand. The rear end is rigid, so it is less forgiving than the full-suspension R Adventure on sustained rough ground. Check whether e-bikes are permitted on any trail network before you ride it.

What height rider does the Z Adventure SE suit?

Super73 recommends riders between 155 cm and 203 cm, with a 79 cm seat height and a 147 kg rider weight limit. If you are under about 155 cm, the Z-Miami SE with its 71 cm seat is the better fit. Come in and throw a leg over it if you are near the lower end of that range.

Does the Australian bike look the same as the product photos?

Not exactly. Super73's images show US-spec bikes. Australian stock runs an 8-speed drivetrain and includes orange wheel reflectors for local road compliance. Everything else, including frame, Bandit colourway and components, matches what you see.

Is the Z Adventure SE certified for safety in Australia?

Yes. The battery is UL2271 certified, the bike is EN15194 certified, and the model is covered by NSW Fair Trading Certificate No. 29542 under UL2849:2022, issued to Ben Buckler Boards. Only approved Super73 batteries and chargers should be used to keep that certification valid.

Does it come with a bell or horn?

A horn is fitted as standard, unlike the Z-Miami SE and S2-E which are supplied without a warning device. Australian road rules require a working bell or horn on any bicycle ridden in public, so there is nothing extra you need to buy before your first ride.

Can I test ride the Z Adventure SE in Melbourne?

Yes. Visit Twelve Board Store in Richmond to ride the Z Adventure SE before you buy. Call ahead on 03 9421 2293 to confirm the bike and colourway you want are on the floor, and we will have it charged and ready to go.

What warranty does the Z Adventure SE come with?

Super73 Australia bikes carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering electronic and mechanical components including the battery and motor, supported by Ben Buckler Boards as the official Australian distributor. Twelve Board Store is an authorised dealer, so your warranty and servicing are handled locally.
