Spitfire F4 Tablets Wheels Natural | 99D/54mm
Straight-cut Tablets in 54mm: light, quick and locked in on ledges.
Tablets are an original Spitfire shape, and this natural 54mm set runs the classic 99D Formula Four. It's for street and park skaters who like a narrow, responsive wheel that sits flat against ledges and coping.
The straight-cut profile and thin riding surface make the wheel light and quick to respond. Formula Four resists flat spots and slides without sticking, so it stays round and fast while you lock into grinds and slide out of them.

About Spitfire
Spitfire Wheels started in San Francisco in 1987 and is still based there today, distributed through Deluxe alongside some of the city's best-known skate brands. The flame logo has been on the bottom of street, park and bowl setups ever since.
Today Spitfire is best known for Formula Four, its performance urethane built to resist flat spots, hold its shape and slide smoothly without sticking. It comes in a wide spread of shapes and hardnesses, from soft 80HD cruisers to hard 101D park wheels, so you can match the wheel to how and where you skate. Riders choose Spitfire because the wheels are consistent from set to set and simply last.
FAQs
What are the Spitfire F4 Tablets Natural 99D 54mm wheels best for?
Street and park skaters who like a light, narrow wheel that locks into grinds. Tablets are an original Spitfire shape with a straight-cut profile and a thin riding surface. They're light, quick and responsive, and the straight edge sits flat against ledges and coping.
What does 99D mean?
Spitfire rates hardness on its own Duro scale, written D or DU, and doesn't publish a conversion. Retailers generally list it on the A scale, so 99D is usually listed as 99A, a hard street and park wheel. It rolls fast on smooth concrete, grips well enough to set up tricks and slides predictably. On rough footpaths you'll feel more of the cracks than on a softer wheel.
What size wheel should I get, and do I need risers?
54mm is the all-rounder size. It's big enough to hold speed in the park and roll over rougher ground, but still light for street. Most standard trucks run 54mm wheels without risers.
Do they come with bearings?
No. They come as a set of four wheels without bearings. Any standard 608 skate bearing fits, so you'll need a set of eight bearings, and spacers if your bearings don't have them built in.
