V4 street shape in the all-rounder 95a Dragon.
This is the 54mm V4 Dragon in 95a. It's a do-everything street and park wheel for skaters who want a smoother ride than a 99a, but with the precision they need for technical tricks.
The V4 is Powell's classic symmetrical double radial street shape, 34mm wide with a medium ride patch and centreset bearing. DF-95A has up to 20% higher rebound than standard hard wheels, so you keep speed in parks and ride smoother on rough streets.

About Powell Peralta
Powell Peralta was founded in 1978 by engineer George Powell and skater Stacy Peralta in Santa Barbara, California. Powell had already been baking his own urethane wheels and building his own boards since the mid 1970s, and in 1979 the pair formed the Bones Brigade, the team that included Ray "Bones" Rodriguez, Steve Caballero, Tony Hawk, Lance Mountain, Rodney Mullen, Tommy Guerrero and Mike Vallely.
Today Powell Peralta still puts a big focus on urethane research and its own wheel formulas. Dragon Formula covers street and park, while Soft Slide Formula (SSF) covers cruising, freeride and downhill. Riders pick Powell because the wheels last, roll fast and slide when you want them to, and because the brand has been part of skating for close to five decades.

What are 95a Dragon wheels best for?
All-round street and park skating. They're smoother than a hard wheel on rough ground but still precise enough for technical tricks, and Powell says they grip and slide like 99a or 101a wheels.
What does 95a mean?
95a is the hardness on the A scale. It's the middle of the Dragon range: firmer than 88a or 93a, softer and smoother than a 99a street wheel.
Will 54mm wheels fit my board?
Yes. 54mm fits any popsicle deck without risers on mid or high trucks, and most low setups too.
Do they come with bearings?
No. You get a set of 4 wheels with no bearings. Any standard 608 skateboard bearing fits, so you'll need a set of 8 (two per wheel), plus spacers if your bearings don't have them built in.
