Burton [ak] Dispatcher 13L Vest Pack 2027 | True Black

Everything You Need. Nothing You Don't.

The Burton [ak] Dispatcher 13L Vest Pack 2027 uses a hybrid vest design that sits close against your body, so you can move naturally and ride aggressively with your avalanche tools on board. It's for riders who want safety gear on them without the swing and bulk of a backpack.

Storage for your shovel and probe sits in the main compartment, while zip chest pockets and power mesh dump pockets keep a beanie, snacks, sunscreen and a radio at your fingertips. A-frame splitboard carry, vertical board carry, external pole carry and a stowable helmet sling are all built in. It comes in S/M and L/XL. True Black keeps it clean and matches any setup.

Best for: freeriders and splitboarders who want avalanche gear and essentials carried close to the body for aggressive riding.

FAQs

Which size Dispatcher Vest Pack do I need?
It comes in S/M and L/XL. Burton sizes it on its unisex outerwear chart, so go with your usual Burton jacket size. If you're unsure, try it on in our Richmond showroom or call us on 03 9421 2293.

Will a shovel and probe fit in a 13L vest?
Yes. It has storage for your shovel and probe, with the vest pockets taking the small stuff like a beanie, snacks and a radio.

Vest pack or backpack?
The vest sits tighter to your body, so there's less swing when you ride hard. A backpack like the Dispatcher 25L gives you more room for layers and food on longer tours.

ABOUT BURTON SNOWBOARDS - 2027 RANGE

Burton Snowboards was founded by Jake Burton Carpenter in 1977 in a Vermont barn with a single obsession: make snowboarding a real sport. Nearly 50 years later, Burton is still independently owned, still rider-led, and still the most influential snowboard company on the planet. Jake passed away in 2019 and Donna Burton Carpenter continues to lead the company with the same conviction he built it on.

The 2027 Burton range at Twelve Board Store covers the full spectrum — the Custom Camber, Custom Flying V, Custom X and Process Pure Pop for men, the Feelgood Camber, Feelgood Flying V, Yeasayer Flying V and Yeasayer Pure Pop for women, plus the Family Tree series for riders who want something more unique. Every Burton Re:Flex binding we sell fits every snowboard in our store — Burton, YES., Jones, Nitro, Lib Tech and every other brand we carry. No compatibility worries, no checking specs. Buy the board you want, buy the bindings you want.

Burton Step On® is available across boards, boots and bindings — three contact points, one step per foot, no straps. If you do resort laps it changes your day completely. Burton [AK] outerwear is also available in-store and online, built around Gore-Tex Pro for riders who need serious protection in serious conditions.

Twelve Board Store is an authorised Burton dealer. Call us on 03 9421 2293, visit us at 435A Bridge Road Richmond, or contact us online.
