FAQs

What size Step On® binding do I need?
Burton's men's Step On® size chart matches binding to boot size: S fits men's US 6-8, M fits US 8.5-10.5, L fits US 11-13 and XL fits US 14-15. Step On® bindings only work with Step On® boots, and men's and women's Step On® gear is gender-specific, so match men's bindings with men's boots (or women's with women's) and check the chart. Pairing the wrong sizes or mixing systems can cause the connection to malfunction.

Step On® or Step On® X?
The standard Step On® uses a 30% short-glass/nylon baseplate, Step On FLAD™ and a Happy Medium flex. The Step On® X steps up to a carbon-filled nylon baseplate, a 50:50 carbon fibre/nylon hi-back, Heel Grabber and DialFLAD™, with a Stiff & Aggressive flex rating. Will it fit my board?
Re:Flex™ mounting is compatible with all current snowboard mounting systems. Burton 3D-pattern boards made before 2014 need the 3D Hinge Disc, which isn't included. Check your mounting screws regularly and keep the connection points free of ice.
