Park Snowboards
Park snowboarding is one of the most technical disciplines in the sport, and the most demanding on your gear. The boards in this collection are built specifically for the terrain park: twin-tip shapes that ride switch as naturally as forward, medium-soft flex that pops off lips and absorbs landings, and construction that holds up through sessions rather than one or two hits. We carry park boards from YES, Nitro, K2, Rome and more — in stock at our Richmond showroom, free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $90.

Park Snowboards
Park snowboarding is one of the most technical disciplines in the sport, and the most demanding on your gear. The boards here are built specifically for the terrain park: twin-tip shapes that ride switch as naturally as forward, medium-soft flex that pops off lips and absorbs landings, and construction that holds up through sessions rather than one or two hits. We carry park boards from YES, Nitro, K2, Rome, Ride and more, in stock at our Richmond showroom, with free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $90.
True twin shape
A park board is symmetrical front to back — identical nose and tail, centred stance. This is non-negotiable for serious park riding because you need to ride switch as naturally as your regular stance. A directional board mounted in a duck stance isn't the same thing. True twins are built to be ridden both ways.
Medium-soft flex
Park boards typically run 3–6/10 flex. Soft absorbs impacts on landing, presses and jabs easily into boxes and rails, and rewards creative riding. Too soft and you lose pop off the lip; too stiff and you fight the board on every feature. The 4–5/10 range is the sweet spot for most park riders who want pop without punishing landings.
Flat or rocker profile
Most park boards use a flat base (maximum edge contact for rail slides and presses) or a mellow rocker (easier butters, softer catch on takeoffs). Full-camber park boards exist for riders who want maximum pop from the lip — more demanding to ride, more rewarding at the top level.
The brands we carry
- YES — the Basic and Standard are excellent all-mountain twins that also work well in the park. CamRock profile gives pop and forgiveness.
- Nitro — the Fintwin is a dedicated park-and-freestyle board. Soft flex, twin shape, built for features.
- K2 — strong park lineups with accessible flex options for progressing riders.
- Rome — one of the most respected park-focused brands in snowboarding. The Artifact and SDS are standouts.
- Ride — the Twinpig applies the surfy Pig shape to a twin format — playful and fun in the park.
Sizing and setup
Most park riders ride slightly shorter than their all-mountain board — 2–4cm shorter for easier spin initiation and quicker response between tricks. Softer bindings and boots (3–5/10) match the flex of a park board for a forgiving, playful feel. See our snowboard size guide and all our buying guides.

Great service, great communication, super fast shipping!
Great quality product. Liners are amazing. Recommend using beeswax on leather palm to keep it waterproof. Holds up in wet weather
The guys at Twelve Boards just helped me to purchase three new Carver surf skates for my self and two sons, they helped advise me on what would work best for all of us as we are all at different heights, weights and ability levels, unlike other shops/websites you get to talk with experienced people that know their stuff. I got a great price and the boards turned up quickly and packed really well with no damage. Couldn’t be happier with the service and gear, very happy to recommend this business to anyone interested in these sort of sports. My next purchase will be snowboards and I will be going through Twelve Boards for that purchase also. Great shop.
Been running the MTE boots for years lift ops and maintenance, better than Sorrels now that they've got a zip side!
These Burton base layer pants are the best! Super comfy and a good fit.
There is a reason I always keep coming back to Twelve, the service and the brands. The team are super helpful, patient and don't push their preferences, they listen to your needs and experiences and help you decide from there.
Had a couple of Jones boards previously and they recommended the Howler. Who am I to say no!
Nice sized day pack for short trips and staying light. Can't wait to get up in the mountains to use it.
I purchased two Jones snowboards on-line for my next trip to Japan. Ordering through Twelve snowboards was a smooth experience and they kept me up to date with my order from the time I placed the order to delivery. I would highly recommend Twelve for the best gear, customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to order through them again. Thanks guys!
Incredible company, my Burton Swash jacket was exactly as advertised, great website, good post purchase communication and fast postage. Overall, a perfect experience!
Been able to fit them to my new Jones splitboard now that it has arrived. Bindings look great, attachment was easy. Cannot wait to try them out. Just need some new skins!
