Technical Precision
Constructed from 100% recycled fabric, the MTN Surf Pants feature a 20K waterproof / 20K breathability 2-layer laminate shell, tuned for durability with ripstop in high-wear zones and four-way stretch in the torso for mobility. Fully taped seams, PFC-free DWR finish, side-seam vents, reinforced inner cuff fabric, durable powder gaiters, YKK® AquaGuard® zippers, and an adjustable waist with belt loops ensure you remain dry, comfortable, and mobile without sacrificing style.
Built Better, Lasts Longer
These pants are more than high-performance—they’re purpose-built with sustainability in mind. The materials come from Oeko-Tex® and/or Bluesign® certified mills, and production takes place in socially responsible WRAP/BSCI-approved factories. Every pair uses recycled fabrics to reduce waste and environmental impact.

Care: Machine wash cold with technical detergent. No fabric softeners or bleach. Rinse thoroughly. Tumble dry low or iron gently to reactivate DWR. Reapply DWR treatment as needed to maintain waterproof performance.

Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)
Orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. We use priority express couriers to get your gear on the fastest route available. You’ll receive tracking via SMS or email as soon as your order leaves our store. 99% of our products are available in-store & online, but we do from time to time have online only product that can take an extra 1-3 days for depatch.
Express & Same-Day Delivery
Choose Express at checkout for faster delivery. In Melbourne Metro, we offer same-day delivery Monday to Saturday. Spend $500+ and get 2-hour delivery for $12 within 20 km of our store. Delivery outside 20 km starts at $60. Someone must be available to receive the delivery — it cannot be left unattended. Order cut-off is 1pm daily
Note: Electric bikes are excluded from same-day delivery services.
Oversized Items & Electric Bikes
Items over 1 metre long ship via courier and require a signature — no PO Boxes. Electric bikes may include a shipping surcharge to outer WA and NT areas. E-bikes cannot be shipped internationally or by same-day courier.

We ship internationally to destinations like New Zealand, Asia and more. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Duties, VAT and customs fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility. Some brands and products (e.g., electric bikes) cannot be shipped outside Australia.
