The Dakine Team Mission Pro 32L Backpack, here in Black, is built for anyone on a mission: long days on the mountain with all your snow gear and essentials on your back. It's spine protector compatible, keeps your water from freezing and carries comfortably from first chair to last lap.

A snow tools pocket with sleeves holds your shovel and probe, and a zippered back panel opening gives you extra access to the main compartment. There's a fleece-lined goggle pocket, dual zippered side pockets and a 25mm padded hip belt with its own side pocket. Strap your snowboard on vertically or skis and splitboard diagonally, and run an insulated hydration hose or two-way radio handset through the strap.

About Dakine

Dakine started on Maui's North Shore in 1979, when surfer Rob Kaplan began making surf leashes in Haiku. In 1986 the brand moved to Hood River, Oregon, at the foot of Mt Hood, and the snow side took off from there. Will the Team Mission Pro 32L carry my snowboard?
Yes. It has vertical snowboard carry, plus diagonal carry for skis or a splitboard, so your hands are free for bootpacks.

Is it avalanche-tool ready?
Yes. A snow tools pocket with sleeves holds your shovel and probe, separate from your layers. The tools aren't included. Recommended for any trip beyond the ropes: do an avalanche safety course and always carry a transceiver, shovel and probe, and know how to use them.

Does it fit a hydration bladder?
Yes. It's insulated hydration compatible to help stop your water freezing, or you can run a two-way radio handset instead. A reservoir isn't included.

How do I get into the main compartment?
From the top as usual, plus a zippered back panel opening gives you additional access without digging through everything.

Is 32L big enough for touring?
32L suits long resort days and short tours: shovel, probe, skins, a spare layer, food and water. For multi-day or big-volume days, look at the Poacher 40L.

How do I clean it?
Empty it, shake out snow and grit, then spot clean with mild soap, cold water and a soft brush. Air dry fully, opened up, before storing. Don't machine wash.
