You're not looking for the next sock, you're looking for the one. The Nitro Cloud 8 in black and grey is the full kit — a feature-packed, anatomical sock built for riders who want every detail dialled before they clip in. A five-fibre blend including merino wool, polypropylene and silk keeps feet dry and comfortable across a full day of riding, while moisture-wicking construction means warmth without the sweat buildup that kills comfort by mid-afternoon.
The details are where it earns its keep. Foam instep padding and a constructed shin buffer tackle the pressure points that high-back boots create, while ankle bone padding and a calf comfort pad reduce boot-top pressure on longer sessions. Polypropylene toe cushioning adds targeted protection up front, a ribbed arch improves calf fit, and an instep flex zone minimises creasing inside the boot for a cleaner feel underfoot. The contoured heel and abrasion-resistant sole round out a sock engineered to go the distance.
