The Globe Kids Wide Inner Balance Complete Skateboard at 8.25" is Globe's scaled-down modern shape for young riders moving on from their first board. It runs 51mm 95a street wheels, which are faster and more responsive than soft beginner wheels, so it comes alive at the skatepark and on smooth concrete.

The 8.25" width gives plenty of stability underfoot, while the 29.125" length and short 12.7" wheelbase keep it easy to turn and control. It's built on a Resin-7 hard rock maple deck with medium concave, with 5.25" Tensor alloy trucks fitted with softer bushings so lighter riders can steer it properly. About Globe

Globe is Melbourne skate through and through. Brothers Peter, Stephen and Matt Hill grew up skating here, started importing boards out of Fitzroy in 1985, launched the Globe brand in 1994 and added their own skateboards, cruisers and longboards in 2010. The company is still based in Port Melbourne.

Still led by the Hill family, Globe makes its decks and trucks in its own factory, and its kids completes use the same Resin-7 maple and Tensor trucks as the adult range, scaled down for smaller riders.
