Made from Globe’s Resin-7 hard rock maple, the deck provides long-lasting strength and a stable ride. The wide 8.25" platform gives kids extra balance, while the Micro length keeps the board easy to control. Paired with soft 83A wheels, responsive Tensor Alloy trucks and factory-fitted griptape, the Softie Micro arrives fully assembled and tuned for young beginners who want the smoothest, safest start possible.

Orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. We use priority express couriers to get your gear on the fastest route available. You’ll receive tracking via SMS or email as soon as your order leaves our store.

Express & Same-Day Delivery

Choose Express at checkout for faster delivery. In Melbourne Metro, we offer same-day delivery Monday to Saturday. Spend $500+ and get 2-hour delivery for $12 within 20 km of our store. Delivery outside 20 km starts at $60. Someone must be available to receive the delivery — it cannot be left unattended.
Note: Electric bikes are excluded from same-day delivery services.

Oversized Items & Electric Bikes

Items over 1 metre long ship via courier and require a signature — no PO Boxes. Electric bikes may include a shipping surcharge to outer WA and NT areas. E-bikes cannot be shipped internationally or by same-day courier.

The best wheels for the summerboard

Because these are expensive, I’ve tried a bunch of other wheels on my summerboard. But nothing is as good as these. Went back and bought these originals and it makes the board feel like a snowboard again. With cheaper wheels it feels like an eskate that can slide. With the original summerboard wheels it feels like a snowboard. And they last longer. These wheels are worth it.

Great upgrade from OG Pint

As a long-term OG Pint rider, I'm loving this as an upgrade: the extra range makes a big difference, and the speed bump is nice also. And given the minor price difference between S and X, the S is definitely the way to go: the larger (curved) footpads are much more reassuring to ride on (you can feel where your foot is etc...).
I took this down some MTB tracks, and when the terrain gets rough it feels a bit underpowered - I can see why you might want to go up to a GT if that's what you were after. But for flatish trail fun, or a way more interesting commute, I think this is hard to beat.
