The Globe Caravan Longboard in Black/Forest at 39" is a wider, non-tapered, symmetrical drop-through cutaway board. At 39" long and 10.25" wide with a 31" wheelbase, it gives you a big, planted platform that tracks straight at speed and feels calm on the push, making it ideal for long cruises, rolling hills and beginner to intermediate downhill.

Drop-through mounting sets the deck lower to the ground, so it's more stable and takes less effort to push and foot brake. The Resin-8 hard rock maple deck has mellow side-to-side concave, and it's set up with 180mm Slant reverse kingpin trucks for smooth, predictable carving, big 70mm 78a Softcore Cruiser wheels and ABEC 7 serviceable bearings. Globe is Melbourne skate through and through. Brothers Peter, Stephen and Matt Hill grew up skating here, started importing boards out of Fitzroy in 1985, launched the Globe brand in 1994 and added their own skateboards, cruisers and longboards in 2010.
