Evolve Fusion Electric Skateboard
Born from Icons. Built for Everything.
The Evolve Fusion is the newest board in the Evolve lineup — and the most considered. It takes the EFOC 2.0 motor controller and Samsung 50S battery technology from the Diablo, the flexy bamboo deck feel of the GTR, and packages it all into a compact, lightweight board that sits perfectly between those two models in performance and price. More power, more range, and more tech than the GTR Bamboo. More portable and accessible than the Diablo. One board that covers all the ground in between.
Dual 3000W brushless sensored 6368 motors (6000W combined) run through a 50V EFOC 2.0 controller — the same controller technology used in the Diablo series, tuned specifically to these motors. The 12S3P 648Wh Samsung 50S battery delivers up to 60km range in Street mode and up to 40km in All Terrain mode. Top speed is 50km/h on street wheels, 42km/h on All Terrain. Hill climb exceeds 35% gradient. Gold SuperCarve 2.0 trucks, gold precision bearings, and tanwall tyres roll out of the box — this is Evolve's cleanest factory build to date.
At 12.5kg the Fusion is genuinely compact and easy to carry. The bamboo + fibreglass deck uses the same mould as the GTR but with updated laser etching, redesigned battery mounting, and a shorter overall footprint. The integrated front and rear LED lights are user-customisable via the remote and the Explore By Evolve App. Choose from three variants depending on how you ride.
Choose Your Setup
✅ Street — Urethane wheels, lowest centre of gravity, up to 60km range, 50km/h top speed. Built for pavement, paths, and urban carving at maximum range
✅ All Terrain — 7" pneumatic tyres, up to 40km range, 42km/h top speed. Dirt, gravel, short grass, trails — rides comfortably on surfaces that stop street setups
✅ 2-in-1 — Both Street and All Terrain wheel setups included. Swap in minutes. Best value if you want full flexibility from day one
How the Fusion Fits in the Evolve Lineup
✅ vs GTR Bamboo Series 2 — The Fusion has a higher-voltage battery (12S vs 10S), EFOC 2.0 controller (vs EFOC 1.0 on GTR), Samsung 50S cells, Gold SuperCarve 2.0 trucks, built-in lights, and more range and top speed. It's a clear step up in technology and performance
✅ vs Diablo Bamboo — The Diablo runs larger 3500W motors and a different motor controller tuned to higher power. The Fusion uses the same EFOC 2.0 technology but with 3000W motors — very similar ride character, less outlay, slightly less peak power. The Fusion won't be outgrown quickly
✅ For riders who want it all — The Fusion is designed for riders who want Diablo-level technology without the Diablo price, or who want a lighter, more portable board than the Diablo without giving up significant performance

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Fusion good for beginners?
Yes — ECO mode and the Explore App's fully adjustable power and speed settings make the Fusion very approachable from day one, and experienced riders won't outgrow it quickly. The combination of range, speed, and torque means it grows with you. Demo rides are available 7 days a week at our Melbourne showroom.
How does the Fusion compare to the GTR Bamboo Series 2?
The Fusion is a meaningful step up. It runs a higher-voltage 12S battery (vs 10S on the GTR Series 2), the newer EFOC 2.0 motor controller (vs EFOC 1.0), Samsung 50S cells for less voltage sag, Gold SuperCarve 2.0 trucks, built-in LED lights, and delivers more range and higher top speed. If you're deciding between the two, the Fusion is the more advanced board at a higher price point — both are in our Melbourne showroom to ride side by side.
How does the Fusion compare to the Diablo Bamboo?
The Diablo Bamboo runs larger 3500W motors with a Diablo-specific motor controller tuned to higher power output. The Fusion uses the same EFOC 2.0 technology with 3000W motors — very similar ride feel, slightly less peak power, lower price. The Fusion is not a cut-down Diablo; it's a genuinely capable board that uses nearly all the same components. For most riders it's the better value call.
Is there an airline-friendly battery option for the Fusion?
No — the 12S2P 432Wh battery option is available and lighter, but it exceeds most airlines' 160Wh carry-on limit. There is no flight-compatible battery for the Fusion. If travelling by air with a board is important to you, speak to us about other options in the Evolve range.
Can I upgrade the Fusion with higher-wattage motors later?
Technically yes — the Diablo 3500W motors can fit the Fusion deck, but they require the Diablo motor controller as well. The EFOC 2.0 on the Fusion is tuned specifically to 3000W motors and cannot run the larger motors on its own. It's not a simple swap; speak to our workshop if you want to explore this.
What's the difference between the 12S3P and 12S2P battery options?
The 12S3P (648Wh, standard) gives you the full range figures — up to 60km Street, 40km AT. The 12S2P (432Wh) is lighter and lower cost but reduces range significantly — around 20–25km on flat AT terrain. It's suited to shorter commutes and riders who prioritise lighter weight over distance. The 12S2P is available on request — contact us before ordering if you want this configuration.
