No, it's a shell with no insulation. Burton rates its warmth at 0.7/5, and both waterproofing and breathability at the maximum 5/5. Warmth comes from your base and mid layers, so you can layer up on cold days and strip back for spring riding. The regular fit leaves room underneath, and Crossflow Venting™ plus the thigh vents let heat out when you're working hard.

How do I choose my size for the [ak] Cyclic Women's Bib?
Choose your size from your waist and hip measurements using Burton's women's size chart. For example, a Small fits a 66–71cm waist and 91–97cm hips, roughly an AU 8–10. We stock it in Burton's Regular inseam, which suits a body inseam (inside leg) of around 84cm. For reference, Burton's model is 173cm and wears a Small.
