FAQs

Should I get the [ak] Cyclic Women's Pants or the [ak] Cyclic Women's Bib?
Get the pants for easy on-off and a classic waistband fit, and the bib for maximum coverage on deep days. The pants have a contoured waistband with expansion elastic and internal adjustment, plus a mesh-lined inner thigh vent. The 2027 women's Cyclic Bib adds exterior thigh vents, chest pockets and a zippered drop-seat. Both are regular fit with GORE-TEX 2L, kick panels, boot gaiters, a beacon-friendly thigh pocket and Burton's 5/5 waterproofing and breathability ratings.

Are the [ak] Cyclic Women's Pants insulated?
No, they're a GORE-TEX 2L shell, so warmth comes from your layers. Wear thermals on mild spring days and add a warmer base or light mid layer on cold days. Crossflow Venting™ through the inner thigh vent lets out heat when you're working hard, and Burton rates both waterproofing and breathability at the maximum 5/5.

How do I choose my size for the [ak] Cyclic Women's Pants?
Choose your size from your waist and hip measurements using Burton's women's size chart. For example, a Small fits a 66–71cm waist and 91–97cm hips, roughly an AU 8–10. We stock them in Burton's Regular inseam, which suits a body inseam (inside leg) of around 84cm. For reference, Burton's model is 173cm and wears a Small. Burton recommends cuffs that don't pool at the front, to keep them clear of binding buckles. You can try them on at our Richmond showroom or call 03 9421 2293 for sizing advice.
