The Ultimate Jib Machine
The Bataleon Disaster 2027 is a pure freestyle snowboard built for riders who live in the park and love getting creative on rails, presses, and side hits. Known as one of the most playful boards in Bataleon’s lineup, the Disaster delivers a super-soft flex, skate-like feel, and forgiving ride that makes jibbing, buttering, and technical tricks easier than ever.
Built with Twin 3BT™ (Triple Base Technology™) and SideKick™ uplift, the Disaster lifts the edges slightly off the snow at the widest points of the board. This dramatically reduces edge catch, allowing riders to lock into presses, slide rails, and land tricks with confidence while still maintaining reliable edge hold when carving. The low camber profile and soft flex give the board a loose, playful personality that thrives in terrain parks and urban-style riding.
Inside the board, Bataleon’s Core Core construction with beech stringers and biax fiberglass keeps the board light, snappy, and durable. Combined with the Hyper Glide sintered base, the Disaster maintains surprising speed for a soft park board, helping riders keep momentum between features and through technical park lines.
