Mitch and Lani founded Yuki Threads in 2010 after back-to-back seasons between Mt Buller and Japan. Frustrated that the best snow outerwear always seemed to come from somewhere else, they set out to build a genuinely Australian alpine brand.
Fifteen years later, Yuki Threads is still independently owned, still designed with riders in mind, and still making gear that looks just as good walking down Bridge Road as it does on a chairlift at Buller.
We've been proud Yuki Threads stockists since we opened Twelve Board Store in 2013. What started as a brand we believed in has become a genuine partnership — and we're stoked to have the new season instore.

The Street Jacket is Yuki Threads' most technical piece for W/26. A 20K/20K waterproof and breathable shell with 40g Primaloft® insulation that stays warm even when wet. Built from 100% recycled polyester with a 53% plant-based C0 DWR coating — the most environmentally responsible jacket in its class.

Baggy relaxed fit with room to layer underneath, reinforced knees and seat, boot gaiters to keep snow out on deep days, and an adjustable waist buckle system. Compatible with the Street Jacket via an integrated connection.
