About the Role
- You’ll work closely with our retail and marketing team to:
- Assist Mandarin-speaking customers in-store with gear, sizing, and fit
-Manage communication through our WeChat Official Account
- Recommend premium snowboard gear and provide expert adviceHelp with boot fitting, product care, and snow tech questions
- Support general retail duties and contribute to an epic store vibe
What We’re Looking For
✅ Fluent in Mandarin and English
✅ Friendly, confident communicator
✅ Strong interest in snowboarding or premium gear
✅ Comfortable with digital tools like WeChat, POS, Shopify
✅ Team player who’s great with people and takes pride in service
Bonus if you’ve worked in action sports, fashion retail, or e-comm before
