The Chief asked. The internet answered. Bam's back on Zero.
The Zero Viva La Bam Guest Deck is the result of one of the most hyped collaborations of 2025 — and one that's been a long time coming. Jamie Thomas and Bam Margera go way back, sharing sessions and van trips from their Toy Machine and early Zero days in the late 90s, when both were cementing their place in skateboarding's most influential era. In April 2025, Zero polled their Instagram with a simple question: "Bam Margera guest board — Y or N?" The response was immediate. The first drop in July sold out almost instantly. The Viva La Bam graphic is one of the standout designs from the follow-up November release.
Construction is standard Zero: 7-ply North American maple, individually pressed, with assorted top colour veneers (chosen at random). At 8.25" x 31.9" with a 14.25" wheelbase, this is the same spec Zero runs across their core lineup — a versatile, well-proportioned street shape that's equally at home on rails, ledges, or gaps. Whether you're skating it or hanging it, this one's a piece of 2025 skate history.

About Zero Skateboards
Zero Skateboards was founded in 1996 by Jamie Thomas — "The Chief" — as a direct response to what Thomas saw as growing mediocrity in skateboarding. Built on a foundation of full commitment, heavy street skating, and zero compromise, Zero became one of the most influential brands of the late 90s and 2000s, with landmark videos like Misled Youth and Dying to Live shaping a generation of skaters. The iconic skull logo, the punk soundtrack, the no-filler video parts — everything about Zero was a statement. The Bam Margera collaboration is a return to that original spirit: two people from skateboarding's most important era, linking up again on their own terms.
