Vans Hi Standard OG Snowboard Boot 2026 | Dillon Ojo/White
The best-selling Vans boot of all time. Not a title handed out lightly — the Hi-Standard OG has earned it season after season by doing exactly what a snowboard boot is supposed to do. Comfortable enough to ride from first chair to last lift, versatile enough to handle everything from park laps to powder runs, and unmistakably Vans from the first glance. The Dillon Ojo/White colourway keeps it clean, classic, and looking right at home whether you're hitting rails or carving groomers.
The Hi-Standard OG is built around the comfort and control of a traditional lace-up closure — the original fit system that gives you the most precise, personalised tension from heel to toe. The Instep Lace Lockout keeps your laces locked in place throughout the day so you're not stopping mid-run to retie, and the Internal Web Harness paired with the V1 liner delivers effective heel hold and support without unnecessary bulk. The Instep Flex Zone maintains natural ankle flexion whether you're strapped in or walking to the chairlift, and the PleasureCuff™ wraps your calf in supple, cushioned comfort all day long.
Inside, the V1 UltraCush™ liner features a dual-density heat-mouldable core, a comfort flex neoprene toe box, and a brushed fleece cuff — heat mould it for a custom fit that eliminates pressure points from day one. The V1 PopCush™ footbed brings advanced 3D anatomical shaping, nylex moisture-wicking top sheet, airflow perforations, and an anti-fatigue coring design for energy return and all-day impact cushioning. And the newly improved Heat Retention 360° layer wraps the toe box completely — between the outsole and liner — to keep warmth in and cold out no matter how long the day runs.
Underfoot, the V1 Waffle Lug Outsole with All-Trac Cold Weather Rubber Compound pays tribute to the timeless vulcanised look that put Vans on the map — the original skate sole adapted for snow, delivering high levels of boardfeel, traction, and that classic Vans aesthetic on and off the mountain.
The best-selling boot of all time. There's a reason it keeps selling.
V1 UltraCush™ Liner
A dual-density heat-mouldable core that conforms to your foot's specific contours for a custom fit that eliminates pressure points and locks in your heel from day one. Features a comfort flex neoprene toe box for warmth and flexibility, and a closed-seam brushed fleece cuff for next-level comfort around the ankle.
V1 PopCush™ Footbed
Single-density PopCush™ construction with advanced 3D anatomical shaping, nylex moisture-wicking top sheet, airflow perforations for breathability, and an anti-fatigue coring design for tuned energy return and the highest levels of impact cushioning throughout the day.
V1 Waffle Lug Outsole with All-Trac Cold Weather Rubber Compound
The original Vans skate sole adapted for snowboard boots. An aggressive reverse waffle lug pattern delivers high levels of boardfeel and traction across all-mountain and street terrain, with a cold weather rubber compound that stays grippy when the temperature drops.
V1 Harness
Vans' lightest and most simple harness, designed to work in combination with the V1 liner for effective foot support and heel hold without unnecessary bulk or stiffness.
Traditional Lace Closure
The original tried and true lacing system — traditional laces give you the most control over your boot fit, zone by zone from toe to cuff. Not as fast as BOA® systems, but unmatched for dialling in a precise, personalised fit. The Instep Lace Lockout keeps laces locked in place throughout the day.
Heat Retention 360°
A newly improved thermal retention layer that provides a complete 360° wrap of the toe box and between the outsole and liner — keeping heat in and cold out for all-day warmth and comfort in any conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size should I order?
Vans snowboard boots run true to size — order your standard US shoe size. Like all snowboard boots, the Hi-Standard OG should feel noticeably snug out of the box: toes lightly brushing the front of the liner when standing upright, heel sitting down with minimal lift. That's the correct fit — not too small. Once you bend your knees into a riding stance, your heel drops and toes pull back from the front of the liner, and the boot wraps your foot properly. A boot that feels comfortable standing in a shop will be sloppy on the mountain within an hour. If you're between sizes, the half size down is usually the right call. Our full boot fit guide is at twelveboardstore.com.au/pages/snowboard-boots-how-to-choose-and-fit-guide, or call us on 03 9421 2293 and we'll help.
Do you offer professional boot fitting and heat moulding?
Yes — and it's free when you buy your boots from us. Come into the store at 435A Bridge Rd Richmond and our staff will fit you properly: checking shell fit, measuring your foot, and heat moulding your V1 UltraCush™ liner to your exact foot shape on the spot. The dual-density heat-mouldable core conforms to your foot's specific contours — it eliminates pressure points, locks in your heel, and means the boot feels dialled from run one rather than after a week of break-in. If you're not in Melbourne, we can walk you through the at-home heat moulding process by phone or message.
Is the Hi-Standard OG right for me?
The Hi-Standard OG at 4-5/10 flex is ideal for beginner and intermediate riders who want a reliable, comfortable boot that performs across all-mountain and park terrain. It's forgiving enough to make learning easier, comfortable enough to wear all day without fatigue, and versatile enough to grow with your riding for several seasons. If you're an advanced rider who charges hard, rides steep terrain at speed, or spends a lot of time in the backcountry, you may want to look at something stiffer — a 6/10 or higher will give you more precise response. Call us on 03 9421 2293 and we'll give you an honest steer on whether it's the right boot for where your riding is right now.
What if I get the wrong size or the fit isn't right?
Reach out before you do anything else — call us on 03 9421 2293, message through the contact page, or email info@twelveboardstore.com.au. Many apparent fit issues can be resolved through lacing adjustments or a heat mould. If the boot genuinely isn't right for your foot, we'll swap it. Boots must be unworn outside — lodge floors and carpet only — and returned in original condition.
