The Nitro Crown BOA® runs true to women's US shoe size — order your standard size for a snug, secure heel fit. Like all snowboard boots, it should feel noticeably snug out of the box: toes lightly grazing the front of the liner when standing upright, heel locked down with minimal lift. Do you offer professional boot fitting and heat moulding?
Yes — and it's free when you buy your boots from us. Come into the store at 435A Bridge Rd Richmond and our staff will fit you properly: measuring your foot, checking shell fit before the liner goes in, and heat moulding your Cloud 6 liner to your exact foot shape on the spot. Heat moulding isn't essential on the Cloud 6 — it already fits exceptionally well out of the box — but doing it in-store gives you a fully custom fit from run one with zero pressure points and no break-in period needed. What if I get the wrong size or the fit isn't right?

The Crown's dual BOA® dials and Re/Lace Liner Locker give meaningful fit adjustability, so many apparent fit issues can be resolved without a return. If the boot genuinely isn't right for your foot, we'll swap it. Boots must be unworn outside — lodge floors and carpet only — and returned in original condition.
