We ship fast, pack carefully, and keep you updated every step of the way. Orders over $90 ship free across Australia, and same-day delivery and express upgrades are available. All orders include full tracking via SMS or email.

*During extremely busy periods such as Black Friday and Boxing Day Sales please allow extra time for shipping.

Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)

Orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. We use priority express couriers to get your gear on the fastest route available. You’ll receive tracking via SMS or email as soon as your order leaves our store.  99% of our products are available in-store & online, but we do from time to time have online only product that can take an extra 1-3 days for depatch.

Express & Same-Day Delivery

Choose Express at checkout for faster delivery. In Melbourne Metro, we offer same-day delivery Monday to Saturday. Spend $500+ and get 2-hour delivery for $12 within 20 km of our store. Delivery outside 20 km starts at $60. Someone must be available to receive the delivery — it cannot be left unattended.  Order cut-off is 1pm daily
Note: Electric bikes are excluded from same-day delivery services.

Oversized Items & Electric Bikes

Items over 1 metre long ship via courier and require a signature — no PO Boxes. Electric bikes may include a shipping surcharge to outer WA and NT areas. E-bikes cannot be shipped internationally or by same-day courier.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Melbourne: 1–3 business days

• NSW: 1–3 business days

• QLD: 2–4 business days

• SA: 1–3 business days

• WA: 5–8 business days

• ACT: 1–3 business days

• TAS: 2–4 business days

• NT: 7–10 business days

Please allow an extra 1–2 business days for rural areas. Couriers may experience slight delays during Boxing Day, New Year’s, or peak promotions.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to destinations like New Zealand, Asia and more. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Duties, VAT and customs fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility. Some brands and products (e.g., electric bikes) cannot be shipped outside Australia.

Tracking & Delivery Support

Every order includes full tracking, sent via SMS or email as soon as it ships. If no one is home at delivery, your parcel may be redirected to a secure pickup point.

Returns & Order Issues

• Need to cancel? If your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel it immediately. If it has, return shipping will be your responsibility.

• Wrong item received? We’ll sort it quickly. We’ll send out the correct item and arrange a return for the incorrect one. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags.

• Return or exchange an item? You can return most items within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or 14 days for a refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

We’ll match almost any price from any Australian retailer provided:

• The product is identical in model, manufacturing year, size and colour.
• You provide proof of the quoted price — a website link or screenshot.
• We take into account any competitor postage charges.

We’ll always do our best to get your gear to you cheaper and faster than anyone else. Some conditions apply and may not apply to all products.
