Off-Road and Private Property Use Only

This is Amp'd Bros' factory off-road model. It does not meet the EN15194 e-bike standard, it is not a road-legal electric bicycle, and it can't be ridden on roads, footpaths, bike paths, shared paths, car parks or anywhere the public has access. Ride it on land you own or land where you have the owner's permission. Amp'd Bros asks every off-road owner to complete its off-road acceptance (you must be 18 or over), and the bike can't be converted into a road-legal model later. If you want to ride on the street, choose the ACE-X Adventure S5 Road Legal version instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I ride the off-road ACE-X Adventure on the street?

No. The off-road model isn't an EN15194 e-bike, so riding it anywhere the public has access can mean fines, seizure of the bike and no insurance cover. It's for private property only. For road and bike path riding, choose the Road Legal version.

Can it be made road legal later?

No. Amp'd Bros builds the road and off-road models differently at the factory, and limiting the speed or power afterwards doesn't make an off-road bike compliant. Choose the right version up front.

How far will it go on a charge?

Amp'd Bros rates the Adventure at up to 80 km in its road configuration. Using the unrestricted throttle and higher power off-road will use more battery, so expect less range the harder you ride it.

Can I limit the power for kids or new riders?

Yes. The GO App includes parental controls to adjust power and speed restrictions. Amp'd Bros recommends anyone under 16 is supervised by an adult on high-powered off-road bikes.

What warranty does it come with?
