TSG Pass 2.0 Helmet | Satin Black
TSG's full-face downhill icon, rebuilt from the ground up.
The TSG Pass 2.0 is the new generation of the full-face that TSG first developed with downhill world champion Martin Siegrist. This one is Satin Black. It's built for downhill skaters, e-skaters, Onewheel riders and anyone pointing a board down something steep who wants their face and chin covered.
An ABS hardshell is bonded to a full-frame EPS core, and the Pass 2.0 is certified to EN 1078, ASTM F1952 and the US CPSC bike standard. The visor has distortion-free optics and seals when closed, while mouth and nose vents with fog-clearing ducts keep air moving. Removable, size-adjustable cheek pads and a washable liner fine-tune the fit, and a double D-ring keeps it locked on.

Size Guide
Wrap a soft tape measure around your head about 2cm above your eyebrows and just above the ears, at the widest point. A full-face should feel snug all round, as the pads settle a little with use. Between sizes, try both if you can; the adjustable cheek pads help fine-tune the fit.

About TSG
TSG, short for Technical Safety Gear, was founded by Titus Dittmann in Münster, Germany, in 1988, because skaters were making do with gear never designed for skating. Tony Hawk rode for the skate and BMX team from 1996 and had a TSG Pro Model helmet in 1999. In 2005 TSG moved its headquarters and design lab to Zurich, Switzerland.
TSG lids have been on Olympic and world tour podiums across snowboarding, BMX and mountain biking. The Pass, TSG's first downhill skate full-face, launched in 2014, developed with three-time downhill world champion Martin Siegrist. Riders choose TSG for Swiss-designed gear that's lab-certified and team-tested.
FAQs
Can I use the TSG Pass 2.0 for skateboarding and bike riding?
Yes. TSG certifies the Pass 2.0 to EN 1078 and the US CPSC bicycle standard, both accepted in Australia for bike and e-bike riding, plus ASTM F1952 for downhill mountain biking. EN 1078 also covers skateboarding and roller skating.
What size TSG Pass 2.0 should I get?
Measure around your head about 2cm above your eyebrows and just above your ears, then match it to TSG's chart, from XS (53–54cm) to XXL (62–63cm). A full-face should be snug with no pressure points, and the cheek pads let you fine-tune it.
When should I replace my helmet?
Replace it after any significant impact, even if you can't see damage. The EPS foam liner crushes to absorb a big hit and doesn't bounce back, so it won't protect you the same way twice. Also replace it if the shell is cracked, the foam is dented or the straps and buckle are worn.
Who is the TSG Pass 2.0 for?
It's for riders going fast: downhill skaters, electric skateboard riders and Onewheel riders who want full chin and face coverage. At 1130g it's light for a full-face, and the vents and fog-clearing ducts keep it comfortable on long rides.
Can I swap the visor on the Pass 2.0?
Yes. The visor uses a durable screw that makes it easy to open, close or swap lenses. TSG's visor meets EN ISO 12312-1 and seals shut when closed.

Let customers speak for us
Why Buy from Twelve Board Store
Twelve Board Store has been riders selling to riders since 2013. We are not a generic retail chain — we are a specialist board sports retailer built around genuine product knowledge, real rider experience and the kind of after-sales support that only comes from a team that actually uses the gear they sell.
Every brand we stock, we ride. Every recommendation we make comes from real experience — on the mountain, in the park, on the street, and on the road. When you call us, you talk to someone who has been on a snowboard at Hotham last weekend or a skateboard in the carpark this morning. That is the difference between buying from Twelve and buying from a warehouse with a website.
We offer services that no online-only retailer can match. Our in-store workshop handles snowboard waxing and tuning, boot heat moulding, electric skateboard and e-bike repairs and assembly, and warranty support handled in-house rather than shipped offshore to a call centre. If something goes wrong with your gear, we fix it. If your boots don't fit, we sort it. If you ordered the wrong size, we swap it — no questions asked.
Our showroom at 435A Bridge Road Richmond stocks the full range across snowboards, bindings, boots, skateboards, longboards, electric skateboards, e-bikes, outerwear and accessories. We offer free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $89, AfterPay and Zip for flexible payment, and fast dispatch so your gear arrives when you need it.
Over a decade in business. More than 1,000 reviews. The most trusted specialist board store in Melbourne. If you need advice before you buy, call us on 03 9421 2293, visit us in-store, or contact us online — we'll get you sorted.
