The apocalypse. Kaleidoscope foil. Back from the late 1980s and better than ever.
The Santa Cruz Jeff Kendall End of the World Foil Reissue Deck brings back one of the wildest and most detailed graphics ever to come out of skateboarding's golden era — every explosion, planet, and bolt of lightning now shimmering under a silver kaleidoscope-to-black fade foil in a never-before-reissued colourway. Originally released in the late 1980s, the End of the World graphic captured the chaotic energy of the era perfectly: part rebellion, part art, entirely Santa Cruz. This reissue is built on Jeff's original OG 10" reissue shape from Santa Cruz's own molds, keeping everything true to the period while updating construction for today's riders. A 2025 Reissue laser-engraved decktop logo marks its return.
Pressed from 7-ply North American maple using epoxy resin for lasting pop and consistent performance, the deck runs the Cruz Missile II concave — Santa Cruz's legendary 1980s tech profile featuring aggressive multi-dimensional side-to-side contours, pronounced tail kick, and a forward-set rocker that locks your feet into position. At 10" wide with a 15" wheelbase and a short nose to long tail ratio, this is a board built for pools, transitions, cruising, and old-school skating done right. Whether it goes on the wall or under your feet, it earns its place either way.

About Santa Cruz Skateboards
Santa Cruz Skateboards was established in 1973 by Richard Novak, Doug Haut, and Jay Shuirman, who founded NHS Inc. in Santa Cruz, California. One of the true originals, Santa Cruz didn't just survive the shifting tides of skateboarding — it helped shape them, building a legacy across street, park, vert, and everything in between. In 2023, NHS celebrated its 50th anniversary — a milestone few brands in any action sport can match. Jeff Kendall turned pro for Santa Cruz in the mid-1980s and became one of the brand's most recognisable vert and street skaters of the era. After retiring from pro skating in 1992, he joined NHS Inc. and eventually rose to become its CEO — as deep a connection to the brand as any pro in skateboarding history. The End of the World reissue is his legacy on foil.
