Pro-Tec gives one arm circumference range per size for the Vert Elbow. Wrap a soft tape around your arm at the elbow and match it to the chart. Pro-Tec's chart is in inches; we've converted to cm.

Pro-Tec's chart leaves small gaps between XS and S and between S and M. If you fall in a gap, go up a size for comfort.

What size Pro-Tec Vert Elbow Pads should I get?
Measure around your arm at the elbow and match it to the chart, from XS 15–18cm to XL 30–33cm. If you land between sizes, go up a size. The pad should stay centred on your elbow when you bend your arm.

What's the difference between Vert and Street elbow pads?
The Vert Elbow has extra thick padding and a bigger cap that covers more of the arm, built for ramp and bowl slams. The Street Elbow is slimmer and lower profile for street and park.

Should I wear the Vert Elbow pads over or under a sleeve?
They're a bigger pad, so most riders wear them over a T-shirt or thin long sleeve. Against skin they twist less, which helps keep the cap where it should be.

When should I replace my elbow pads?
Replace them when the cap cracks or wears through, the padding feels flat or the straps stop holding. Compressed padding won't absorb hard hits like new.
