Frequently Asked Questions
Snow and skate apparel and layers: hoodies, tees, thermals and mid-layers plus lifestyle pieces from the brands we stock. These are previous-season styles, end-of-line colourways and overstock, all new stock rather than seconds.
Technical layers. A merino or synthetic base layer, a fleece mid-layer or a technical hoodie performs the same this season or last, so a discount is pure value. Lifestyle tees and hoodies are more about the graphic and fit you like.
Yes. A base or mid-layer should be snug enough to work under a shell, so do not size up just because it is cheap. Lifestyle pieces are a preference call and some run oversized on purpose, so check the cut. Call us if you are unsure before ordering.
Yes, all genuine stock from an authorised dealer. Free shipping on orders over $90 with same and next-day dispatch from our Richmond showroom.

Burton AK Acamar 3L Goretex jacket
I managed to steal this in-season 3L Gore jacket for half its retail and it took no time for delivery. Now I just have to wait till January to test it in some J-pow conditions. Awesome service from the team at 12 :-)
