Why does flex rating matter on a Loaded?

Loaded sells most decks in multiple flex ratings matched to rider weight, and getting the right one is the single most important choice. Too stiff for your weight and the board will not come alive or give you that signature rebound; too soft and it will feel unstable and wallowy.
