Why is this outerwear discounted?

Previous-season colourways, end-of-line styles and overstock we are clearing. It is all new stock with full warranty, and last season's waterproofing and construction perform exactly the same as this season's. A discounted jacket or pant from a quality brand is one of the best value buys in snow — you are paying less for the same protection.

What waterproof rating do you still need on sale?

The price does not change what your gear has to do. Australian snow is wet and heavy, so 10K is a sensible floor and 15K or higher earns its place if you ride wet days or sit in the snow. How do you get outerwear sizing right on sale?

Sizing is the most common reason outerwear gets returned, and it varies meaningfully between brands and between technical and lifestyle cuts. On a sale item you cannot try in store, this matters more, so check the brand's size chart and fit it over the layers you actually ride in, not a t-shirt. Do sale jackets and pants still have a warranty?

Yes. We are an authorised Australian dealer, so even clearance outerwear carries full manufacturer warranty and no grey-market risk.
