What is Korua known for?

Korua Shapes emerged from Europe with a simple, almost philosophical mission, captured in their film series Yearning for Turning: chase the feeling of the perfect carve.

Rather than building a board for every category, Korua focuses on directional shapes designed to engage, hold and release a turn with a surfy, natural feel. The understated black-and-white aesthetic and shape-led thinking have made it a favourite among experienced riders who have ridden everything and come back to the simple pleasure of laying down turns.
