If you ride a range of conditions, yes. It lets you swap to a bright lens for sun and a low-light lens for storms in seconds, and many kits include two lenses, which is cheaper than two goggles and covers a full Australian season.
It should seal evenly around your face with no gaps at the nose or temples, since gaps let in cold air, cause fogging and leak light. Check the foam sits flush all the way around, and size the frame to your face.
Yes, look for goggles marked OTG (over-the-glasses), which have channels in the foam for the arms. Tell us you wear glasses and we will point you at frames that genuinely work.
