No pro name on this one — just Powell Peralta's Rat Bones II shape running the Dragon Formula urethane that's earned a reputation as one of the most significant wheel advances the brand has produced. At 58mm it's the tallest of Powell's Dragon range, built to carry speed through transitions and rough ground alike.
The 93A hardness is the softest in the Dragon lineup, tuned for rough terrain and everyday street spots where a harder wheel would rattle your legs. Dragon Formula's higher rebound means it still rolls fast and slides cleanly despite the softer duro — you're not trading speed for comfort here, just getting both.
