Soft D3O tailbone protection that hides under your snow pants.
The Demon Zero RF D3O Shorts put proper tailbone protection under your outerwear without the bulk. The tailbone pad pairs a D3O RF (recycled foam) layer with ESPRO polymeric material, giving a pad that's soft and pliable when you move and firms up when you land on it.
They're super soft and designed to sit seamlessly under ski or snowboard pants. If you're learning and spending time on your backside, or riding park and catching edges, these shorts take the sting out of those falls.

Demon sizes the Zero RF Shorts by waist. Measure around your natural waist with a soft tape and match it to the chart. If you're between sizes, size down for a snug fit that keeps the tailbone pad in place.

Measure your natural waist and match it to Demon's chart: XS 24–26in up to XXL 37–40in. The shorts should fit snug so the tailbone pad stays where it should. If you're between sizes, size down.
Where is the padding on the Demon Zero RF Shorts?
The D3O RF pad sits over the tailbone, the spot you hit most when you fall backwards on a snowboard. Demon doesn't list hip or thigh pads on this short.
Do I wear these over or under my snow pants?
Under. They're designed to sit under your ski or snowboard pants, over underwear or a thin base layer.
