Demon sizes the Zero RF Knee Pads by upper leg circumference. Stand with your leg straight and wrap a soft tape around your leg about 10cm above the centre of the knee, snug but not tight, then match it to the chart. The sizes overlap, so if you're in two sizes, pick the smaller for a firmer hold.

The pad should sit centred over your kneecap and stay put when you bend and straighten your leg.
