Frequently Asked Questions

No. They are built on women's foot geometry, with narrower heel boxes, lower-volume fits and flex ratings tuned to how women generally ride. The heel box matters most, because a heel that does not lock in causes the majority of fit complaints.

Probably not. A new boot should feel snug to the point of being slightly uncomfortable, because the liner packs out around half a size with use. If it feels roomy and comfortable in the shop, it is too big and will be loose within days of riding.

Do not go up a size to find width. The extra length lets your foot slide, which costs control and usually introduces heel lift. A wide-fit boot uses a broader last at the correct length, which is the proper solution.

Not necessarily. Flex follows how you ride rather than how long you have been riding. A confident park rider may want something softer than a cautious all-mountain rider.

About twenty minutes, and it is free with every boot purchase. It shapes the liner to your foot to remove pressure points and lock your heel in, which is the single most impactful thing we do to a boot.

Yes. Every boot is in stock at our Richmond showroom, and we fit properly with no commission and no upsell pressure. If you cannot get in, call us before ordering online.
