We ship fast. Orders over $50 ship free across Australia. Same-day delivery and express upgrades are available. All orders include full tracking and are packed with care and speed to get your gear moving quickly.
🚚 Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)
Orders placed before 1PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. We ship using priority express couriers to get your gear on the fastest route available. You’ll receive tracking via SMS or email as soon as your order leaves our store.
⚡ Express & Same-Day Delivery
Choose Express Post at checkout for faster delivery. In Melbourne Metro, we offer Same-Day Delivery Monday to Saturday. Spend $500+ and get 2-hour delivery for $15 within 20km of our store. Delivery outside 20km starts at $60. Someone must be available to receive the delivery — it cannot be left unattended. Note: Electric bikes are excluded from same-day delivery services.
📏 Oversized Items & Electric Bikes
Items over 1 metre long ship via courier and require a signature — no PO Boxes allowed. Electric bikes include a $250 shipping surcharge may apply to outer WA and NT. E-Bikes cannot be shipped internationally or by same-day courier.
🕒 Estimated Delivery Times
Melbourne: 1–3 business days.
NSW: 1–3 business days.
QLD: 2–4 business days.
SA: 1–3 business days.
WA: 5–8 business days.
ACT: 1–3 business days.
TAS: 2–4 business days.
NT: 7–10 business days.
Please allow an extra 1–2 business days for rural areas. Couriers may experience slight delays during Boxing Day, New Year’s, or peak promotions.
🌍 International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Priority shipping to New Zealand takes around 3–4 business days. Duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility. Some brands and products (e.g., electric bikes) cannot be shipped outside Australia.

🔁 Returns & Order Issues
❓ Need to Cancel? If your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel it immediately. If it has, return shipping will be your responsibility.
❌ Wrong Item Received? We’ll sort it quickly. We’ll send out the correct item and arrange a return for the incorrect one. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags.
🔄 Return or Exchange an Item? You can return most items within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or exchange. or 14 days for a refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
