Orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. We use priority express couriers to get your gear on the fastest route available. You’ll receive tracking via SMS or email as soon as your order leaves our store.

Express & Same-Day Delivery

Choose Express at checkout for faster delivery. In Melbourne Metro, we offer same-day delivery Monday to Saturday. Spend $500+ and get 2-hour delivery for $12 within 20 km of our store. Delivery outside 20 km starts at $60. Someone must be available to receive the delivery — it cannot be left unattended.
Note: Electric bikes are excluded from same-day delivery services.

Oversized Items & Electric Bikes

Items over 1 metre long ship via courier and require a signature — no PO Boxes. Electric bikes may include a shipping surcharge to outer WA and NT areas. E-bikes cannot be shipped internationally or by same-day courier.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to destinations like New Zealand, Asia and more. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Duties, VAT and customs fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility. Some brands and products (e.g., electric bikes) cannot be shipped outside Australia.

Tracking & Delivery Support

Every order includes full tracking, sent via SMS or email as soon as it ships. If no one is home at delivery, your parcel may be redirected to a secure pickup point.

Returns & Order Issues

  • Need to cancel? If your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel it immediately. If it has, return shipping will be your responsibility.

  • Wrong item received? We’ll sort it quickly. We’ll send out the correct item and arrange a return for the incorrect one. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags.

  • Return or exchange an item? You can return most items within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or 14 days for a refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Over 30 years ago, when Nitro Snowboards was established, there was no elaborate plan in place, but rather a genuine love for snowboarding and a plethora of ideas for products. There was no business plan or long-term vision, and the focus was solely on creating the products they wanted to build without thinking about what Nitro Snowboards would become in 30 years. NITRO SNOWBOARDING

100% CLIMATE NEUTRAL SNOWBOARDS
  • Water Based Inks - Nitro has incorporated water-based inks into their board top-sheets for more than 70% of their products and for over 30% of their bases. Additionally, approximately 15% of Nitro's bases are completely free of any ink usage.
  • Topsheet Finishes - Nitro Snowboards has ensured that 70% of their boards have top-sheets that are either uncoated or finished using a VOC:0 rated, solvent-free lacquer.
  • Recycled Materials - More than 85% of Nitro's running bases are produced using recycled raw materials, while the board edges are constructed with 50% recycled steel.
  • 100% Solar Powered - Nitro has accomplished its objective of establishing a 700 KW solar power station on the roof of its board factory, which generates enough energy to sustain the factory, offices, and employee residences. This solar power initiative was a target the company set two years prior, and they take pride in successfully achieving it.
  • Resources - Nitro is utilizing water to heat their presses instead of oil or electricity. Additionally, their grinding system employs a closed water circuit with built-in filtration systems, which conserves energy and resources. Nitro has also begun using thinner top-sheets than other brands, resulting in a reduction of both raw materials usage and overall weight.
