FLUX was born in 1992 with the concept of "the best binding for Japanese feet". Over the last 30 years they've cemented themselves as one of the best performing and reliable bindings in the industry.
A true do-everything binding, from park/jib, to powder, to all mountain riding. A wide toeside baseplate helps transmit force efficiently to your toe edge. Foam inserts on the heel side of the baseplate allow the binding to flex with the board more naturally. This combo improves rideability and response while jibbing aswell as carving.
The Flux DS’s highback is constructed from a super tough nylon in a midflex suitable for all-round riding. Forward lean is adjusted by moving the highback mounting forward or back, meaning there’s no ugly forward lean adjuster sticking off the highback waiting to get broken off by a chairlift.
Flux have some of the nicest straps and buckles in the industry, their waffle strap strikes a great balance between lightweight, comfort and power. The buckles also have inbuilt bottle openers!
